If that were to occur we will immediately contact the buyer and offer a complete refund or a similar product. All EAD creations are unique but it is often possible to create a similar product in color, fabric, and adornment.

Available products will normally be shipped within 2 business days of receiving the paid order. Standard shipping be sent by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Standard shipping is available only to addresses within the U. S. contiguous 48 states. For other destinations please on us for shipping terms and rates.

When an item is shipping the buyer will receive an email with tracking information.

Standard shipping cost for the U. S. lower 48 states is a flat rate for any delivery destination.

The current standard rate if $20.00 per order plus $5.00 per item.
